CUSTOM MEAL PLANING: A.I. Nutrition custom builds meals plans based on the client's preferences and raw data from the testing process. We generate a an extensive food preferences list and questionnaire of detailed information about lifestyle and health history. Our certified nutritionist takes the information gathered from the clients preferences and the testing data from the RMR, FITNESS and/or both to custom build the right plan for the client. This process takes the guesswork out of trying figure out what is right for you. Precisely prescribes the exact plan for you.
CALORIC ADAPTABILITY: With most meal plans your calories are figured with a general mathematical formula. It does not account for work out days and rest days. We should be consuming a different calorie intake on work out days in comparison to the rest day. To optimize your results effectively, maintaining the proper calorie intake on the right days, will intensify your results. A.I. Nutrition is ADAPTABLE to your activity. A.I.
